What's wrong with this picture?  A builder builds a home with Green inclusions, or a seller adds Green improvements that will attract a new buyer.  Is this really a Green Home?  No! It is a Green Ready Home because what the new tenant does once they move in will determine if there is a real Green operation in place.

When a dealer sells a car, does he know that the new owner will drive responsibly? They provide an owners manual and the state offers training and supervision for the way the driver drives.  We think that a Green home must be a legacy passed from one owner to the next.  Therefore, we provide the only program that allows the Green home to stay a Green home for each new owner.
